Love and Consciousness are the foundations of a fulfilling and connected life, and healing is best done in a Community of people who are also focused on their healing and personal growth. Love and Consciousness Community is an advanced therapy group for those who have done individual therapy with Dr. Peace and want to bring new levels to their psychological healing and self-awareness by harnessing the power of a group. Group therapy provides a rich experiential milieu for learning more about human relating and connection, giving and receiving feedback about how you show up in the world, and experimenting with new ways of being. Dr. Peace blends her training in group dynamics, family systems, somatic work, and empathy to create an exciting way to gain self-awareness, get real with other people, shed past interpersonal difficulties, and find more love and freedom in relationship to others.

The Polyamory Process Group is a support and process group for people engaging in relationships with more than one person with the knowledge and consent of everyone involved. Solos, couples, triads, etc. welcome! New people always welcome. Limit 15 per group.
Engaging in polyamorous, open, and ethically non-monogamous relationships can be a rewarding, though often challenging, way of life. These relationships are ripe for self-exploration and healing, and rife with the potential for replaying old relationship and attachment wounds. This group seeks to provide a nurturing and insightful holding environment for your personal and collective growth. Share knowledge with the group, dive deeper into your personal psychological makeup, learn how group / family dynamics play out in relating to multiple people, improve communication and negotiation skills, and be your best self! |
Monday Mindfulness Group

The Monday Mindfulness Group is a hybrid skills and discussion group. Each meeting will start with a check-in and mindfulness meditation, and will include information about mental health, and tools and exercises you can use to create change in your life and start feeling better! There is time to address group members' specific concerns and questions. (Group members do not have to share if they are not ready to, though typically the more you put into the group, the more you get out of it.) The group will teach the basics of mindfulness, CBT, DBT, somatic, and compassionate communication skills, as well as cover topics the group is interested in.
