I believe in the positive power of change and am passionate about helping people find their strengths and achieve true healing.

I work with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Also, having worked in the corporate world for over 15 years, I offer support to professionals struggling with problems such as finding meaning in work, professional setbacks, stress and work-life balance.

A Bay Area transplant from South Carolina, most recently I worked as a clinician at Queer LifeSpace in San Francisco offering counseling services to the LGBTQQIA community and am currently on staff as a therapist at Edgewood Center for Children and Families in San Francisco.
